Experience
I have tutored students in low grade levels, and also tutor some family member. I received above a 610 on my Reading SAT, a 670 on my Math SAT, and a 620 on my Writing SAT. I also received a 3 on my AP Government and Politics Exam, a 3 on my AP English Language and Composition Exam, a 5 on my AP Calculus AB Exam, and a 4 on my AP Calculus BC Exam. I would like to be a tutor because it would allow me to interact with people and improve my communication skills, while also allowing me to gain work experience. Regarding math I have taken Algebra 1, Algebra 2, Geometry, Pre-Calculus, Calculus AB, and Calculus BC. Math is one of my best subjects and is relatively easy for me to explain to others. I have also taken College level Spanish up to Spanish 2. Lastly I have taken many classes regarding music and music theory. I have prior work experience in many fields regarding education. I have volunteered at Liddell Elementary School in the office and also classrooms aiding teachers and staff with whatever they may need. I have also volunteered in a Summer School library for many years helping the staff check books in and out, doing inventory, and many other tasks. I have work experience outside of education as well. I have worked in a cafeteria, as a referee, and have recently completed an internship with Diablo Contractors where I worked mainly with the Engineers.
