Hello, I enjoy working with all children and believe that all children have the ability to learn! I have worked with children with behavior problems, attentional difficulties, autism and learning disabilities and helped them gain confidence and achieve academic success. I have served as a Special Education Teacher for five years in different School Districts. I have worked with students with and without disabilities in Special Day Classes, RSP programs, and General Education classrooms. I was also the creator of a California Distinguished School Push-in program. My speciality is assessing students. I enjoy working with students to find out their strengths and areas of need. Once I have their information, I developed individualized lessons to help students move up to their next level, wether it is learning to read or mastering multiplication facts.
