Experience
Teaching is a great passion of mine. I have tutored for a private contractor in Palo Alto, as well as at Stanford and privately. While in undergrad I was a grader for partial differential equations and cosmology classes, and I have served as a TA for Introductory Physics labs at UCSC. I've also been a volunteer teacher at Cesar Chavez Middle School's band program, teaching beginning brass and woodwind instruments, as well as given private guitar lessons. I've done research in astrophysics and cosmology, focusing mostly on simulation and large scale structure of the universe. This work requires a lot of computer programming, so I've become experienced especially in Python, C, C++, Mathematica, Java and other common computer languages. I also worked in the software industry for a few summers. Graphics and game development is of interest to me and I recently built a 3D graphics renderer from scratch.

Hobbies
I love playing, writing and recording music, and recently released my first self-produced EP. My main instruments at the moment are guitar and French horn. You can find me playing and singing around the Bay Area occasionally! Videography and photography are also interests of mine, and they pair well with activities like hiking and surfing.
