| Experience: | I lived in Spain for a year and taught English to two young Spanish boys. I speak Spanish and English fluently and have been studying Spanish since I was in the 6th grade. Also, I am currently taking an advanced Spanish Grammar class so I can keep up. I am interested in being a Spanish tutor because I think it is important to learn another language, especially if you live in California and Spanish is all around you. Spanish is one of the most universal languages in the world and is spoken by a vast majority of the total population, so I feel that it's important for people to learn for future employment opportunities. Also, I like teaching and I like working with kids who are seriously interested in learning another language. As for me, I am a senior at UCSB and I also coach the 12 and under boys Water Polo team through Santa Barbara Water Polo Club. I am a very nice and easy going guy and I like to make things fun, but when it comes to getting work done I am very serious. |
| Hobbies: | I enjoy any type of exercise, including Water Polo, Surfing, Swimming, Running, Biking, Hiking, Basketball, etc. Other than that, school is one of my top priorities. I study and read a lot, and my attendance in class is nearly perfect. |
