| Experience: | Hello! My name is Niki Vakilova. I am a student at the University of California Santa Barbara, majoring in Political Science and a member of Persian Student Group and Lebanese club at my university. My teaching experience started when I became an intern in high school teaching Russian classes. Later I taught piano, dance and Russian at Suzuki Academy and eventually interned at the International English Language Institute, helping international students improve their English language. I have been interacting with people from different parts of the world for most of my life. Since I came to the United States five years ago I had to adjust to a new ways of learning, teaching and studying. That’s why I take great pleasure in helping other students do the same. I believe that every student is different. That’s why there should be different methods of teaching and studying that can help each student succeed in their academic career. I love working with students and offering them support and resources in their academic and personal life. |
| Hobbies: | The things I love most in life are meeting new people, learning about different cultures, spending time with my family and friends. I love drawing I have been playing piano for years and I really love it. On week days you will find me studying and going |
